A Thai government-licensed overseas employment agency with 38 years of experience

BISCO Placement 2024 Co., Ltd. is an overseas employment agency established in Thailand in 1987. As part of BISCO GROUP, we operate our own headquarters and an in-house skill testing facility (BISCO TESTING CENTER), and have built a stable record of supplying Thai workers to 18 countries across North America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia.

BISCO is one of the few Thai recruitment agencies that holds both the Overseas Employment Agency License (Tor 1276/2567) issued by the Thailand Department of Employment, and the Skill Testing License (BKK 002/2568) issued by the Bangkok Institute for Skill Development. This means recruitment, training, testing and dispatch are all carried out under our own licensed infrastructure.

For Korean-speaking clients, our dedicated representative Mr. Joseph Ahn (안현수) handles inquiries personally — making sure each Korean employer's needs are accurately understood and matched with the right candidates.

BISCO Milestones

1987

BISCO founded by Mr. Pravit Somchit

Established in Bangkok by current Managing Director Mr. Pravit Somchit, with the aim of supplying skilled Thai manpower to the Middle East. Licensed as Overseas Recruitment Agency No. Tor 512/2530.

1992

Taiwan market entry

BISCO became one of the first 7 Thai recruitment companies authorized by the Taiwanese authorities to dispatch workers to the R.O.C. — and has recruited a very large number of Thai workers for numerous Taiwanese clients ever since.

1996

KTC established · Singapore market entry

Founded KhonKaen Tech-Train (KTC) Skill Testing & Training Center in northeastern Thailand to pre-qualify construction workers. Entered Singapore market via partnership with Lean Hin Lee Contractor & Trading.

1999

MTC Technical Testing Center established

Formed M.T.C. Technical Testing Center as a joint venture with Jurong Engineering (Singapore) — providing skill training, testing and certification for mechanical trades to international standards recognized by Building Construction Authority (BCA) Singapore.

2000

ISO 9002 / 9001:2000 certified

Quality Management System certified to ISO 9002 (later upgraded to ISO 9001:2000) by Global Certification, UK-based accredited body. Certificate No. 03970.

2001

Purpose-built recruitment complex

Purchased land and built a modern recruitment & testing complex at Onnut 39, Bangkok — with all facilities needed to support recruitment of large-scale workforces for major projects.

1996 – 2007

14,500+ workers placed overseas

Documented dispatch of 14,517 workers to 7 countries over 11 years: Taiwan 5,968 · South Africa 3,441 · Singapore 2,443 · Mexico 800 · Kuwait 755 · Malaysia 672 · Brunei 438.

2024

BISCO Placement 2024 Co., Ltd. established

Corporate restructuring and unified operation under BISCO GROUP. Re-registered for new licenses.

2025 · 2026

Government licenses renewed

Skill Testing License renewed on 2025-07-23 (BKK 002/2568) · Overseas Employment Agency License renewed on 2026-03-04 (Tor 1276/2567). Both licenses are valid through 2027–2028.
